[...] Eastside Multi Storey Car Park « Birmingham Eastside – Woo-hoo! Share and Enjoy: [...]
Hello Sir,
I am student of MBA. I am in my second semester and then I will be working on my final project (Dissertation) and I want to write my thesis on Project Management. I am really interested in a new project and your project of new Multiple car park at Mellinium Point seems really interesting and creative to me. I was wondering if I could have the information about this project as much as possible to work on my Dissertation. Is there any chance that I can have all the information about this project? I live in Birmingham and I am always available to have meeting with you regarding this and I am also available online. I can assure you that the information you will provide me (or I will get of you) will be kept as you wish (confidential or publishable). Would you be able to help me with the information to do my project. your help will be appreciated and I would be able to have you as my Guidance of my Project.
Kind Regards,
Farooq Sarfaraz

Ugh, the only reason they can get away with this is because Millennium Point Management owns the car park and the tenants don’t have any say in the matter.
That said, I’m split on this. Having that ugly thing parked right next to the MP is going to ruin the architectural impression and will probably still be just as expensive as the car park is now.
That said, until the council (or whoever the owner is) opens up those swathes of empty land just across from the car park inbetween Cardigan Street and Penn Street – which could easily provide ready parking for a couple of hundred vehicles – this is going to be the only viable solution for people who need to park in the vicinity of Millennium Point. I just have this sinking feeling that it’s still going to cost a bucketload to park there though
